As my first hospital experience
1) Hospital staff, really fantastic. Superb attitude & ability. Also covering up for senior management cock ups.
2) Senior management communication to staff & patients. Not knowing is very hard.

Your survey included nothing about the infrastructure or management - both of which need substantial improvement. Staff give 120% but are not able to fulfill all of their aspirations due to the organisation and shortcomings.
